Ferrovial, the company privatizing DIA
Denver International Airport has selected Ferrovial to privatize the Terminal, and the airport and Ferrovial are currently in exclusive negotiations. Over 200 concessions and retail workers at the terminal do not know what will happen to them when Ferrovial takes over. We want a guarantee that we can keep our jobs and that the company will respect our organizing rights.
Other airport companies have done the right thing, guaranteeing labor peace for the city, its airport and travelers. The DIA Westin hotel and Midfield Concessions, future operator of concessionaire 4 airport restaurants/shops, have labor peace agreement with UNITE HERE 23, the airport concessions workers union. Why won't Ferrovial negotiate with us?
Vote with your money! Each dollar you donate counts as a vote for Ferrovial to be nominated Scrooge of the Year!
